The Course aims to produce the trained manpower to resolve the issues regarding computer Hardware trouble-shouting and managing the networking environment of various Organizations after acquiring concepts of Computer Hardware, Network and Software fundamentals, Fault diagnostic & servicing, Installation & configuring Windows, as well as basics of Routing & switching. On successful completion of this course, the trainee should be able to:

• Assemble the Personal Computer.
• Prepare the personal Computer by installing Windows Client / Server Operating System, and Device drivers.
• Detect and understand hardware and software problems / issues, their trouble shooting and rectify them by parts replacing.
• Establish LAN (Wired + Wireless) in labs and other organization(s).
• Control the server and client computers (create user accounts provide rights to user and impose restrictions to clients).
• Trouble shoot the windows 7
• Configure access to network resources
• Use Group Policy for software development
• Configure Password Policies
• Backup and Recovery of Active Directory
• Control a branch office domain controller
• Install active directory services.
• Work with Trust Relations.
